Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you so much for supporting PNH Fashion on this incredible journey. We are still a small and growing brand, and as such, we’re unable to fulfill size exchange or return orders at this time. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend visiting our sizing page before making a purchase. However, we want you to know that quality is at the heart of everything we do. If you receive a product that isn’t up to our high standards, we take full responsibility and will happily replace it for you.

With your continued support, we hope to grow and expand our offerings, including the ability to accommodate size exchanges and returns in the future. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to growing together with you.

At PNH Fashion, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Each of your orders goes through a quality check twice and hence it is very unlikely that you will receive a damaged product. However, if you need to replace an item, please review our policy below.

Replacements are only accepted for Defective Products.

A Defective Product is defined as below:

Defective Products: A product is considered defective if it has:

  • Manufacturing defects such as holes in the products and any tears in the product.
  • Printing issues.
  • Size discrepancies that deviate from the ordered size.
  • Damage during shipping.

To return a defective product, please follow these steps within 10 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at returns@pnhfashion.com with the following as per the issue:
  • Broken or Damaged products:
    1. Images of the Packaging 
    2. Unboxing video, if the packaging was damaged during delivery. 
  • Size Issues (A wrong size was delivered by us to you):
    1. Images of the product being measured with an inch tape
  • Holes:
    1. Images of the Packaging
    2. Unboxing video 
  • Missing Items:
    1. Unboxing Video
  • Wrong Item:
    1. Images of the shipping label
    2. Images of the products received
  • Tampered packaging:
    1. Unboxing video
  • Also irrespective of the type of issue, please include:
    1. Images/videos of the product showing the defect.
    2. An image of the UID label (barcode sticker) on the product.
    3. An image of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

If the defect is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Non-Defective Products:

Returns or exchanges for non-defective products, such as size or colour changes, are not covered by PNH Fashion.

No Refunds:

  • PNH Fashion is not liable to provide refunds unless it is unable to process a replacement for your damaged product.

Raising a Replacement Request

To raise a replacement request, follow these guidelines:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear images/videos of the product defect.
  3. Include an image of the UID label and the packaging with the shipping label.
  4. Await inspection and verification of the defect.
